I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact us here if you received the wrong item in your order. Include your order number, the name of the item received, and the name of the item missing. You can also include a photo, if applicable.

Once we receive your request, we will look into a resolution. In addition, we will provide instructions on how to return any incorrect items to our warehouse. Please do not forget to contact us to avoid any unnecessary return fees.
