What happens if I received a damaged product?

We do our very best to make sure your order is in perfect condition throughout the delivery process. In the event of damaged products, please email us at support@blitsy.com. In your email please include your Order ID Number and a clear photo of the damaged product(s).

We ask that you do not send damaged products back to our warehouse without contacting us. We will work with you to find the best possible solution!
