What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We understand that you may receive a damaged/broken, or defective item, even though we do our very best to make sure your order is delivered in perfect condition.

Reach out to us via email (support@blitsy.com) if you receive an item that has been damaged or is defective. Include a photo(s) of the item, so that we may start a claim process with the appropriate party. We want to make sure these issues are prevented in the future!

Please do not send damaged or defective items back to our warehouse without contacting us. We will work with you to find the best possible solution!
