Can I return my items if I am an international customer?

You can absolutely return new, unopened, and non-clearance (discontinued) items if you are an international customer. Currently, we do not have the option for a flat rate return label for our international customers.

Let us know which item(s) you're returning and why and send the item back via your preferred shipping method (must include tracking information) to the address below.

Please include a note with your name, your email address, and order ID, or otherwise, include your receipt in the return packaging so that we can process your refund.

A refund will be made to your original method of payment once your return has been received and our shipping department inspects the items we receive the unopened and unused items back to our warehouse.

If you are an international customer who choose to mark a parcel "Return to Sender", we will subtract a $5 USD return fee and any shipping cost Blitsy originally paid to our shipping provider to ship your parcel from the amount being refunded.
