Can I return my products if I am an international customer?

You can absolutely return new, unopened, and non-clearance (discontinued) product(s) if you are an international customer. Currently, we do not have the option for a flat rate return label for our international customers.

To receive a refund to your original payment method for your returned product(s) excluding shipping costs, please contact us here

Let us know which product(s) you're returning and why and send the product back via your preferred shipping method (must include tracking information) to the address below.

Please include a note with your name, your email address, and order ID, or otherwise, include your receipt in the return packaging so that we can process your refund.

A refund will be made to your original method of payment once your return has been received and our shipping department inspects the products we receive the unopened and unused products back to our warehouse. We ask that you reach out to Customer Support prior to returning new, unused products back to us. If you send new, unused products without notifying Customer Support. A refund in Blitsy Points will be added to your Blitsy account.

We reserve the right to subtract a $9.99 USD return fee and process your refund in Blitsy points if your parcel was marked "Return to Sender" without contacting support@blitsy.com.
