Can I return my items?

Yes! We offer two options to make it easy to return your unopened and unused items within 30 days from the date you received your order. We require that you reach out to us with your choice of the two options below. We do not accept returns of items marked as clearance, or items that come back to Blitsy opened or used. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Do not return damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the instructions here.

If you do not reach out to us, we will refund the account the order was placed under with Blitsy points for the value of the item and these points can be used on a future order.

If returning items from multiple orders, please pack each order in its own envelope or box and then package these inside of a larger envelope or box. This will ensure your return is processed quickly at our warehouse. Returns to our warehouse are processed every week on Wednesday.

Option 1 (domestic/U.S. based customers only)

Reach out to us via email (support@blitsy.com) letting us know which item(s) you would like to return and why. We will send you a link to a USPS return shipping label that you can use to ship the item(s) back to us.

There is a $5 flat fee for this label which will be subtracted from the amount you will be refunded. The retail value of your item must exceed $5 in order to return your item using Option 1.

Fill out the form included in the shipping label link we email to you, print out the return label, affix it to your package, and drop the package off at your local post office. Smaller packages can be mailed at the blue USPS collection mailboxes.

Option 2

Let us know which item(s) you're returning and why via email (support@blitsy.com) and send the item back via your preferred shipping method to the address below. You will be refunded once we received the unopened and unused items back to our warehouse. 

Please include a note with your name, your email address, and order ID; or otherwise include your receipt in the return packaging so that we can process your refund.
