Can I return my products?

Yes! We are able to accept returns on new, unopened, and non-clearance (discontinued) product(s) products that are in their original packaging.

We offer two options to make it easy to return your unopened and unused products within 60 days from the date you received your order.  

Option 1: Prepaid return label provided by Blitsy ($5 fee subtracted from return amount) 

Domestic/U.S. based customers only

Reach out to us by email (support@blitsy.com) letting us know which new and unused product(s) you would like to return and why. We will send you an email link to a return shipping label that you can use to ship the product(s) back to us. 

There is a $5 flat fee that will be subtracted from the amount credited back to you for using a pre-paid return label supplied by Blitsy. In order to utilize Option 1, the value of your return must exceed $5. 

Fill out the form included in the shipping label link we email to you, print out the return label, affix it to your package, and drop the package off at your local post office. Smaller packages can be mailed at the blue USPS collection mailboxes.

Option 2: (No shipping label provided by Blitsy) 

Let us know which new and unused product(s) you're returning and why by email (support@blitsy.com) and send the product back through your preferred shipping method to the address below. You will be refunded once we received the unopened and unused products back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and request that you contact us before you ship so that we can process your applicable refund faster. 

Please include a note in your shipment with your name, your email address, and order ID; or otherwise include your receipt in the return packaging so that we can identify your original order and process your refund.

Please do not return damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product(s), please follow the instructions here and we will address these concerns. If you send used products or products that are no longer in their original packaging, or "return to sender" without notifying our team that we should expect your return, we will not able to process a refund.
