Can I return my products?

Need to return something?

Simply send your new, unused item back with proof of purchase within 60 days and we’ll do our best to take care of you.  

When you choose to return new items you bought from blitsy.com using your preferred shipping method, we’ll credit applicable items back to your original payment method upon arrival to our facility. 

Providing proof of purchase is required either by including the packing slip with your return and/or including a handwritten note with your Order ID and email address. This allows us to properly credit you back. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method in order for us to help verify receipt of your return and emailing support@blitsy.com to give us a heads up that we should be expecting your return.

Please do not return damaged or defective products. We ask that you reach out to Customer Support prior to returning new, unused products back to us. If you send new, unused products without notifying Customer Support. A refund in Blitsy Points will be added to your Blitsy account. We reserve the right to apply account credit and/or no credit at all if a product is not returned in its new, unused, and unopened condition. If you send used products or products that are no longer in their original packaging, or "return to sender" without properly shipping an item back, we will not able to process a refund.
